Your use of this website is expressly conditioned on Your acceptance of the following terms and conditions, whether or not You choose to print them in hard copy. If You do not agree with any part of the following terms and conditions, You must not use this website.

Responsibility

Phil Hoffmann Travel acts as an agent on behalf of Accommodation Suppliers contained herein and the accommodation suppliers are responsible for the provision of the services specified. Phil Hoffmann Travel has made every endeavour to ensure the details contained herein are in accordance with the information supplied by the operators but accepts no responsibility for any inaccuracy or misdescription. Descriptions, photographs, and facility lists are included as a guide only and may not necessarily reflect the accommodation service. As agent, Phil Hoffmann Travel accepts no responsibility for any damage, loss, injury, delay or inconvenience arising out of the provision of or failure to provide services by the Accommodation Suppliers.  

Prices

The prices contained herein have been specifically negotiated by Phil Hoffmann Travel. Prices do not include transfers or meals unless specified. Prices contained herein are subject to change or withdrawal without notice at any time.

Amendments

Bookings may be changed up to seven days prior to the arrival date by calling us on1800 666 782 . Amendments will incur a booking amendment fee of A$25 (includes gst) as well as the difference in price if the price is greater than that originally booked. A change request within seven days of the original arrival date will usually be treated as a cancellation.

Booking Fee

All bookings are subject to a AU$3.75 booking fee that is non-refundable

Cancellations

Phil Hoffmann Travel charges a cancellation fee of A$40 (includes gst) for all bookings cancelled. Refunds will be made to your credit card account. If the cancellation is made within one month of the arrival date, the accommodation supplier may charge an additional fee depending upon their own cancellation policy. For bookings cancelled within seven days of the the arrival date, or during peak periods, the accommodation supplier reserves the right to charge a 100% cancellation fee. We strongly recommend You take out appropriate travel insurance.

Bookings made within 7 days of check-in are non-refundable.

Special event prices

There are many special events, as well as holiday periods that may attract a surcharge imposed by Hotels. Some of these surcharges may not be known at the time of publication and will be advised on confirmation of Your booking or as early as possible prior to this. 

Age and responsibility

You represent that You are of sufficient legal age to use this website and to create binding legal obligations for any liability You may incur as a result of the use of this website. You understand that You are financially responsible for all uses of this site by You.  

Jurisdiction

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Victoria, Australia and You agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the courts exercising jurisdiction in that State.  

Copyright

Phil Hoffmann Travel and the Hotels retain all rights (including, but not limited to copyright and patent rights) with respect to all software and underlying information or material available through the Phil Hoffmann Travel website. You may not download or otherwise export or re-export any software or underlying information or material available through Phil Hoffmann Travel, except with the permission of Phil Hoffmann Travel and in full compliance with all Australian and other applicable laws and regulations. In particular, but without limitation, You may not download or otherwise export or re-export any software or underlying information or material available through Phil Hoffmann Travel except to the extent that such downloading occurs in the course of using the Phil Hoffmann Travel website.  

Acceptance

By selecting the "PAY NOW" button on the payment page or downloading any material or accessing any data, information or material using the Phil Hoffmann Travel website, You agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
