1. From Mackay by Coach/Launch
Passengers arriving into Mackay by air should meet at the Brampton Island counter at Mackay Airport for a short 15 minute coach transfer to Mackay Marina.
The launch service utilises the MV Blue Fin, an air conditioned high speed catamaran with a seating capacity of 91 passengers. Travelling time from Mackay Marina to Brampton Island is approximately 75 minutes one way.
Note - Launch transfer operates daily departing Mackay at 14:00 and departs Brampton Island at 15:25.
2. From Mackay Airport by Australasian Jet Qld
Clients can choose to be met at either the Australasian Jet Qld/Brampton Island check-in desk, which is located near the baggage carousels at Mackay Airport, or at Hamilton Island Airport. Passengers will need to check-in 20 mins prior to their departure time and luggage is restricted to 20kg per person.
- Travelling time from Mackay Airport is approximately 15 minutes.
- Flight Service operates twice daily from Mackay Airport.

Brampton Island Resort will be undergoing major refurbishments and will be closed from 10JAN11. The refurbishment includes enlarging and completely refitting guest suites, upgrading the rock-pool, providing high standard restaurant facilities, a guest library, a spa and health centre.
